LoadmaX is a weight control system that provides total weights and center of gravity (x,y,z) positions for complex facilities such as offshore oil & gas platforms, oil rigs, modules or vessels.

Using LoadmaX to analyse and manage the weight data provides vital information for platform / vessel structural analysis and planning of construction operations.

Greenfield
or Brownfield projects involving design and construction for offshore platforms and rigs require close monitoring and control of weights.  The system provides the basis for appropriate procedures based on a database with component dry and operating weights along with position coordinates.

LoadmaX is a significant tool that facilitates compliance with ISO 19901-5:2003 (Petroleum and natural gas industries – Specific requirements for offshore structures) – Part 5: Weight control during engineering and construction.

LoadmaX is a system for the control of weight and center of gravity (CoG) and is primarily intended to be utilised for platforms and oil rigs in the Petroleum and Natural Gas industries.

LoadmaX can also be used in other environments and situations where weight control and center of gravity is of particular importance.

This could also include situations where the assembly of items needs stability control (ships and aircraft) or where heavy lifting is required (skid mounted equipment, container shipments, pre-fabricated modular units etc.).

The system can be used during engineering pre-production stages from conceptual or detailed design through fabrication to installation. There are also significant advantages when used for existing installations to assess the impact of potential changes and modifications to the installation.
